MacGregor Weathered tartan is a muted red and brown based tartan with white and black overchecks.
One of the most famous clans, the MacGregors claim royal descent from Grigor, son of King Alpin, who flourished in the 8th century. The MacGregor chief supported Prince Charlie and fought at the Battle of Culloden in 1746.
