Our Spirit of Scotland Weathered Heavyweight Tartan is a lilac and grey based tartan with olive, white and black overchecks. It is custom-made from our heavyweight (Selkirk 16oz.) tweed fabric. It is a great finishing touch to any outfit.
New for 2025, Selkirk Tweed is made from 100% pure new wool and, 50% of the wool is of Scottish origin.
The modern variant of the tartan was originally designed by Michael King of Philip King Tailoring Ltd, Aberdeen, this design was adopted by the National Trust of Scotland for Fyvie Castle. This tartan is a great choice for members of a wedding party wishing to support the groom without wearing a clan tartan.
