Terms and Conditions

Special Order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Because they are made for you, special orders cannot be cancelled once the item is under production. Please be sure you have measured correctly and ordered the correct tartan before placing your order. In the rare case of manufacturing defects, please contact us ---your satisfaction with our products is important to us. Special circumstances receive special attention. If there is a problem with your order ,we will be happy to work with you. Under some circumstances we may except returns on a special order item. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

 

Methods of Payment
All online orders are processed in US Currency. 

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. 

How do I place my order online?

  • Browse or Search through the site until you find the item(s) you wish to purchase.
  • Once you've added all the items that you wish to purchase, you can begin the Checkout Process.
  • This process involves 5 steps; Enter Details, Confirm Delivery Information, Delivery/Billing Information (Summary), Enter Payment Details and Complete Your Order.
  • You will then receive an order confirmation email.

Is the site secure?

Any personal information given to The Scottish Lion will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties.

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, The Scottish Lion does not store your credit card information at any time. 

Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.

General Usage

The Scottish Lion centre does not collect data from anyone visiting general pages on our website. The only data that we collect is information that you agree to submit. From time to time we may gather and publish, either internally or externally, general usage figures and statistics.

The Scottish Lion is not responsible for any sites that may link to our website. Nor can we be responsible for the content of sites that we link to. While we have taken every precaution to examine the content of linked websites, Scottish Lion is not responsible for the content of third party websites.

Pricing Errors

The Scottish Lion reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. If a pricing error occurs we will fix the issue as soon as we are aware of the issue. As a small business we would hope our customers would understand this policy.

Products

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Products and packaging are subject to change or substitution without prior notice. Every effort will be made to dispatch the items specified.

All product information and technical specs contained on the shop site are for guidance only, no responsibility can be taken for errors, typos or omissions

Website Images
We try to ensure that all images displayed on our website match the product as accurately as possible but cannot always guarantee an exact colour match to the product as displayed on your screen.

Receipts and Bills
We will e-mail you confirming that we have received your order. We will only contact you if your order can not be dispatched that day. You will receive a till receipt when the goods are delivered. Any mistakes in billing or receipts will be corrected as soon as possible.

Back Orders
If an item is out of stock we will email you to let you know we can't fulfil your order.

If we do not stock the product that you are looking for but we do stock the brand, there is a possibility that we may be able to order it in for you. In this situation, please email or phone us to discuss the availability.
