Our ladies tartan Billie Skirt is made in Scotland and created from lightweight 10oz fabric. This contemporary style is often worn on the hips, has a flattering broad bias cut waistband and 4 box pleats. We offer this in a range in over 500 tartans from our extensive range lightweight collection. Available in made to order sizes, the overall length is 16” (41cm). Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery as skirt is made by hand.
