Description
The MacKellars are a sept of the Clan Campbell. The surname is thought to be derived from the latin "Hilarious". From 1470, the MacKellars owned the lands of Ardare in Glassary. The tartan is of modern origin and can be traced back to about 1930.
Size will vary depending on sett size, pattern repeat and type of fabric.
